CBSE Principal's Message

Living the daily routine of life, I have often immersed myself in thinking about the random aspects of the life that we live and the reasons of our very existence on this planet. Have we ever wondered about how the living and non-living entities communicate between themselves and how they respond to the other in times of need? If we humans are the smartest beings on earth, then what is the true purpose of our very existence? What inspired God to create the most violent and civilized beings on earth?
To get an answer for all these, we need to introspect our personal lives and its gradual progress over the years to better realize the inter-relation between all living and non-living organisms on earth. To be well groomed and nurtured and become a good human being, we rely heavily on our parents, family and friends. In turn, they are also dependent on us for many reasons big or small. Our education to be a civilized human | being in the society primarily comes from our teachers, elders, guardians etc. We become one with our surroundings and with our Mother Nature' to fulfill our basic needs and survive. All these make us conclude that God has created everything for specific reasons. He wishes to form an interdependency among his creation and wants us to live together in harmony with each other by respecting and realizing that interdependency.
Today, we stand at a critical moment of earth's history, a time when humanity must choose its future. As our world becomes increasingly interdependent and insubstantial, the future at once holds great peril and great promise. Hence, our call is to realize that in the midst of a magnificent diversity of cultures and its life forms, we are one human family and one earth community with a common destiny.
Life often involves tensions between important values which could also mean difficult choices. However, we can find ways to harmonize diversity with unity, the exercise of freedom with common good, short term objectives with long term goals. There emerges a sustainable 'Global Society' founded on respect for nature, universal human rights, justice and a culture of peace.
Therefore, let us declare our responsibility to one another, to a greater community of life and to the future generation. Let ours be an era remembered for the awakening of a new life, the firm resolve to achieve sustainability, the quickening of the struggle for justice and peace and a joyful celebration of life built on our theme of the year Nurturing creation to live in Symphony.'

With best wishes and God's blessings,
